1. Booking Requirements:

  • All bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
  • Minimum deposit requirements are dependent upon booking type and group size.
  • A waiver must be signed in order to participate – see point #11 for details.

2. Arrival Time:

  • Groups must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time.

3. Dress Code:

  • For your safety, enclosed shoes must be worn, and loose-fitting clothing is not permitted.
  • All loose hair must be securely fastened above the shoulders.
  • No hair below hip length is allowed for safety reasons.
  • All long hair must be secured by a hair tie and placed in a hairnet.
  • A Balaklava must be worn for hygiene reasons by all customers participating in go-karting and are available for purchase at reception.
  • For safety reasons, religious headwear is not allowed during the go-karting experience.

4. Participants Under 18:

  • A Parent or Guardian must sign in participants under 18.

5. Intellectual or physical limitations:

  • If anyone in your group has limitations on intellectual or physical capacity, you must inform Mega Fast Karts before making a booking or upon arrival.
  • Companion cards are not accepted.

6. Safety and Responsibility:

  • Go-karting is a dangerous activity.
  • Participants must read the indemnity form to be aware of the risks, and caution must be exercised.
  • Please read the indemnity form carefully and sign the waiver before engaging in any activities.
  • Minors, under the age of 18 must be signed in by a responsible accompanying parent or guardian.
  • The waiver details are outlined in point 11.

7. Alcohol and Drugs:

  • Strictly no alcohol or drug-affected participation is allowed. This is a safety requirement.

8. Health Conditions:

  • Participants should be in good health and free from any physical limitations or medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.

9. Staining Disclaimer:

  • Please be aware that whilst every effort is made to avoid it, go-karting and other activities may result in potential contact with substances like dirt, grease, and oil that could cause staining or soiling of clothing.
  • Mega Fast Karts will not be held responsible or liable for any clothing damage or staining that may occur during your visit.

10. Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once a booking is made, the date and time cannot be changed, and no refunds will be given for cancellations.

11. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of Mega Fast Karts, its officers, agents, employees and representatives (herein collectively referred to as “the company”), granting permission to compete, officiate, observe, work for, participate in any way in any event or enter any area within the track or its surrounds (whether restricted or otherwise), each of the UNDERSIGNED for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, heirs and next of kin (herein collectively referred to as “the releasors”) HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING:

To release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the promoters, participants, racing associations, sanctioning organisations or any division thereof, track owners, officials, kart owners, drivers, pit crews, rescuer personnel, any person within a restricted area, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises, inspectors, underwriters, any persons who may give recommendation, directions or instructions, from all liability to the releasors for any and all loss or damage, injury to person or property whether resulting in death or otherwise arising out of, or related in any way to any event or occupation, or use of the raceway or its surrounds whether caused by negligence of the company or otherwise.

To indemnify, keep indemnified, save and hold harmless the company from any loss, liability, damage or cost which the releasor may incur relating to the participation by the releasor in any event or occupation or use of the raceway and its surrounds by the releasor, whether caused by the negligence of the company or otherwise.

3.

To assume full responsibility for any loss or any injury, whether causing death or otherwise, or any property damage arising out of any event or the occupation and use of the raceway and its surrounds by the releasor whether caused by the negligence of the company or otherwise.

4.

That motor racing/karting is dangerous and that the releasor has been warned that there is a possibility of accident causing personal injury, death and/or property damage.

That the company has displayed at various points of access to the raceway and its surrounds and at various other prominent locations within the raceway, signage indicating the dangers of motor racing/karting and informing the releasor of the rules and regulations for the use of the raceway and its surrounds and that any breach thereof by the releasor or any person in control of the releasor (where the releasor is signed for by a parent, guardian or other carer), will result in immediate expulsion from the raceway and its surrounds.

That the company may use personal details for internal marketing purposes, which includes but is not limited to the promotion of / invitation to upcoming events, special offers and customer loyalty initiatives via communication methods that are namely via direct e-mail, mobile SMS and telephone. You acknowledge that the company will disclose personal information to its agents, marketing agency, technology provider or any other contractor for the purpose of providing such marketing services. Your information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (which can be found on our website) and is not used outside of the above stated parameters or sold to a third party. Any outbound communication is at no expense to the recipient and any contents are intended for the recipient only. Recipients have the option to ‘opt out’ of receiving any of the above communications. In reference to the Spam Act 2003, you acknowledge that consent to receive e-mail, SMS or telephone communications may be inferred in any situation where you have provided your mobile phone number through general enquiry, booking, attendance and participation in any activity conducted by the company.
